Providing teleports with a scalable, flexible and modular solution which can be configured with up to 17 different RF modules depending on your requirements, including Frequency Converters.

 

BUILD A CONVERTER CHASSIS TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC RF NEEDS

Building your own multiple module Frequency converter chassis is quick and easy and can be completed in 4 stages.


 

STAGE 1 - EMPTY GENUS CHASSIS WITH 17 MODULE SLOTS

Empty 1U Genus Chassis, with 17 module slots available.
Choose to configure with up to 5 Falcon Converter Modules.
Or 3 Falcon Converter Modules & a Swift Redundancy Switch.
STAGE 1 - EMPTY GENUS CHASSIS WITH 17 MODULE SLOTS

STAGE 2 - ADD FAN & 10MHZ CARD

1U Genus Chassis, with fan module & 10MHz reference card fitted.
15 module slots remaining.
STAGE 2 - ADD FAN & 10MHZ CARD to 1U GENUS MODULAR CHASSIS
 
 

 

STAGE 3 - ADD CONVERTER MODULES

Choose your module configuration.
1U Genus Chassis with (up to) 5 Falcon converter modules fitted.
A mix of operating frequencies, agile, block, up & down converter modules.
STAGE 3 - ADD FALCON CONVERTER MODULES

STAGE 4 - ADD INTEGRATED, HOT-SWAP REDUNDANCY

Choose 1+1 or 2+1 Swift hot-swap redundancy switch modules.
Configuration: 1u Genus Chassis with Falcon Converter module, 1+1 Swift redundancy switch module,
Falcon Converter module and blanking plates
STAGE 4 - ADD INTEGRATED, HOT-SWAP REDUNDANCY SWIFT SWITCH MODULES

CUSTOMISATION TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS

Customisation of frequency bands is also available to meet your specific RF converter requirement.
