Charity Policy

We support a variety of local community initiatives

ETL Systems seeks to contribute to the communities in which we live and work in a number of ways. In addition to providing employment opportunities and minimising our environmental impact, we support a variety of local community initiatives.

ETL have a corporate budget for charitable donations and strive to make a positive impact in the community and surrounding area near our offices.

Our members of staff have the opportunity to nominate local charities to receive a proportion of our Charity Fund.

Our Employee forum has chosen Little Princess Trust as ETL’s charity partner for 2025!

The Little Princess Trust provides free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years old, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.

They also fund childhood cancer research, searching to find kinder and more effective treatments.

We recently had the opportunity to visit The Little Princess Trust HQ to learn a little about the amazing work they do. In addition to their office and warehouse space, they also have a specially equipped salon for young people to have their wig fitted and styled by a professional.

Throughout 2025, we’ll be holding charity events to support the fantastic work they do.

Considering Charitable Causes

We consider donations to registered charities whose primary purpose is Education, Health & Wellbeing, or Military.

We do not fund individuals who are looking for sponsorship for fundraising activities or initiatives that involve people participating in political organisations and campaigns or any initiative that is outside of the criteria outlined above.
