HOW DO I CREATE A WEB ACCOUNT?

Creating a web account can be done quickly and simply when you click create new account in the log in area of the website.

Follow the steps where you will be required to add in your email address, username, timezone, default currency for your account, EU vat number if applicable and your customer address. These are all required fields to set up an account with us.

I HAD A WEB ACCOUNT ON THE OLD ETL WEBSITE BUT CAN'T LOG IN WITH MY DETAILS, WHY?

All passwords the old website stored were hashed. This is common practice with websites and keeps your password secure.

But because of hashing the passwords it is not possible to move them across to this current website. So although your account exists, your old password will not work.

If this is the first time logging into your web account on this website you will need to reset your password. You can do that using the reset password link, found in the log in area of the website.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RESET IT?

Resetting your password is simple, to reset you will need to enter your email address or username here.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY USERNAME, HOW CAN I RESET IT?

Resetting your username is simple, to reset you will need to enter the email address you registered your account with and request a password reset here. This will confirm your username and will prompt you to update your password. Tip you may have set your username as your email address!

WHAT CAN I DO ON MY WEB ACCOUNT?

• You can save your quotations and generate as many as you like using the ‘QUOTE’ button on the desired product line.
• You can ask ETL to upload pdf documents to your account for you to keep all in one place such as datasheets and manuals. 
• You can save any enquiry submission forms you send to us, and you can see a list of all orders placed.

WHAT CAN BE DONE IF I CANNOT FIND A PRODUCT THAT FITS MY REQUIREMENTS, BUT YOU HAVE SOMETHING SIMILAR?

• We suggest you click ‘ENQUIRE’ on the closest matching product and fill in the submission form detailing the exact specifications that you need. It might be that we have a recently designed product that has not yet been made available on the website, or we could customise the existing product or look into designing a new product.

WHAT CONNECTOR TYPES AVAILABLE ARE THERE?

50 ohm SMA, N-Type and BNC, 75 ohm BNC and F-Type. 

Connectors are female as standard, male connectors and other connector types are available on request. 

CAN I PURCHASE ON CREDIT CARD OR ON ACCOUNT ONLINE?

Yes you can do both! Depending on your account type depends whether you are eligible for ordering on account, but anyone can order with their credit card. If you'd like to order on account via our website, you'll need to contact the RF components team.

CAN I PURCHASE RACK SYSTEMS PRODUCTS LIKE AN ETL MATRIX THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

You cannot purchase our rack system products e.g. an RF matrix through the website. However you can enquire and request a quote on our contact page.

WHERE DOES ETL SYSTEMS HAVE OFFICES?

ETL has offices in Hereford and, Rickmansworth in the UK. Outside of the UK, ETL also has a regional office outside of Washington D.C. in Herndon USA . In addition to these global offices, we also have global partners to provide assistance.

All of our RF distribution products are shipped from our UK head office in Hereford.
