Due to continued growth and further investment at ETL Systems, we have created a completely new role within our R&D department. Reporting directly to the Head of R&D, you will support the Engineering Team with a wide and varied range of tasks.

This is could be an ideal opportunity for a recent Graduate, or someone who is looking to gain experience across all departments including Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Design.

We are looking for an individual that is ready to make this role their own!

The list below is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities although it should give you a good idea of the types or work you will get involved with daily.

• You will use your strong organisational, computer and analytical skills to support the engineering team
• Tracking the performance of multiple projects within the Engineering department
• Producing reports for various stakeholders across the business.
• Promote and support excellent communication between teams
• Assist the Engineers with various administrative tasks including entering data into our ERP systems (SAP Business One)

You should also be comfortable capturing minutes of engineering management meetings, gate review meetings and any other meetings as required.

To succeed you will need the following:

• Degree in Engineering or previous experience secured within a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast paced commercially focused environment
• Organised with excellent time management skills
