As a dynamic and growing organisation, a position for a Sales Administrator has become available at our Head office in Madley.

Working as a member of the sales team under the direction of the Sales Operations Supervisor, providing first line customer support for customer queries on order progress, sales and technical enquiries.

Primary responsibilities for the role will include generating sales documentation such as quotations to the processing of sales orders. Good attention to detail is paramount whilst ensuring quotes are issued correctly to drive sales conversions and reflect the high-quality brand of ETL. 

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administration, ideally in a customer service or sales environment, as well as having achieved GCSEs in both Maths and English. Good organisational skills are critical for this role along with the ability to problem solve.

This role provides career progression opportunities into the wider sales and marketing department.
