Customer Support Engineer

Madley, Hereford
37.5 - Monday to Friday

Working within a team of engineers and administrators under the direction of the Head of Systems, Installation, Commissioning and Support to provide world class support to our customers around the world both for new orders and installed systems.


This role has two responsibilities. Firstly, to assist in supporting customers with the operation of our products and any fault diagnosis and repair. Secondly, to assist with all forms of customer facing support through a variety of media, including but not limited to:

  • - Phone
    - Email
    - Written and electronic user manuals
    - Test reports, including problem reproduction of technical issues before and after customer shipment.

As part of the Engineering team, you will be influential in helping the team achieve continuous improvement to ETL products.

The candidate will be able to deal with a wide range of international customers and liaise effectively with all the other departments in the business.
