ETL's Falcon Frequency Converter range offers upconverters, downconverters, agile and block in a compact 1U chassis. The range can contain up to 5 hot-swap, up-converter and downconverters in the same 1U, 19" rack mounted unit (outdoor units available). The Falcon Frequency Converter has greater module capacity than any other converter chassis on the market, providing you with space & cost savings. Falcon also utilises the latest security software, including SNMPv3 and HTTPS, helping to ensure your ground segment is future-fit.

CONFIGURABLE

Flexible module configurations are available. Choose from modules with different operating frequencies, options include Ka, Ku, K, C, X, L and IF-band conversions. Choose all upconverters, all downconverters or a mix of both.

COMPACT 1U

Conversion chassis providing up to 5 hot-swap converter modules. Choose a mixture of agile and block, upconverter and downconverter modules, with the choice of different operating frequencies, in the same chassis.

RESILIENCE

In the unlikely event of failure, all active components can be hot-swapped. Including dual redundant hot-swap power supplies, field-replaceable CPU and HMI.

HOT-SWAP INTEGRATED REDUNDANCY

ETL's Falcon frequency converters are the only products on the market that offer hot-swap redundancy in the same 1U chassis. 2+1 or 1+1 redundancy configurations are available.
