When you return the unit/s, you MUST include a copy of your Commercial Invoice please state on all relevant paperwork the RMA number (found at the top of this form) and FedEx or DHL Air Waybill that this is a; 'Temporary return, unit for repair', stating Tariff code 8536 50 7000 (for US) or 8536 50 0700 (for rest of world) along with CPC code 51001. This will avoid any unnecessary customs and excise charges.
