16 Inputs x 16 Outputs Distributive Victor IF / Extended L-band (50-2500MHz - KA-BAND READY) Matrix with local and remote control and variable gain, all housed in a compact 1U high shelf.

Model VTR-71 provides enhanced features such as hot-swap dual redundant fan modules and SOFTWARE ENABLE EXPANSION, providing the flexibility of being able to purchase a part populated Victor (starting from 4 inputs x 4 outputs) and then expanding the inputs and outputs (up to 16 inputs x 16 outputs) via a software key.

ETL has a broad L-band Switch Matrix and L-band Router range for Satellite communications, including the hot-swap NiGMa L-band Matrix which is used for many high resilience high performance applications.

This smaller range of distributive L-band Matrix comes in a variety of size configurations which are generally linked to original design applications. The 2U 8x8 L-band Matrix and 3U 16x16 L-band Matrix are standard building blocks for most applications with dual redundant PSU's, a CPU and local control panel. Remote control is via serial or Ethernet.

Non-blocking: this means any input can be routed to any output.

In general our solid state (L-band) matrices are non-blocking.

Full Fan-out Matrix (or fully distributive or splitting matrix): any input can be routed to any output. One input can be routed to many outputs. Each output can only have one input. Tends to be more RX.
