ETL has worked with a large number of the world's leading broadcasters where more RF distribution or an upgrade of RF performance is required.
The majority of ETL customers are broadcasters, or have traffic driven by broadcasters. Whether it is TVRO applications for playout centres or news gathering and sports events requiring rapid changing of occasional use services, ETL has a suitable product offering.
As the demands of bandwidth push customers to use the whole of the L-band high frequency, flatness (particularly above 2 GHz) becomes much more important. Suddenly those really cheap splitters don't look such a good deal!
With others we have designed entire RF distribution systems, helping check on level analysis and RF line-up through the chain.
