L-band Amplifier - AGC or ALC

AGC Amplifiers (Automatic Gain Control) and ALC Amplifiers (Automatic Level Control) are used extensively when constant signals into an RF chain are required despite varying received levels.

ETL can tailor the AGC time constants and dynamic range, as well as output level to meet specific customer requirements.

While single AGC modules are available, the 4 channel model 2551 AGC Amplifier has been our most successful L-band Amplifier with Automatic Gain Control.
Recently the AGC technology has been incorporated into our Modular System chassis (model 26128-AMP113), and this provides additional monitoring and remote control facilities as well as hot swap.

ETL's L-band (850-2150 MHz) automatic gain control amplifiers are supplied in a 19" wide shelf and are available with BNC 50Ω, BNC 75Ω, F-type 75Ω, N-type 50Ω and SMA 50Ω connectors.
