A Telco in Europe, which is aggressively expanding into IPTV, installed in late 2008 a very large (64x224) full fan-out switch matrix with NiGMa matrix modules. ETL supplied the hardware and also installed it and integrated it into existing equipment. Not only did we provide leading edge technology but the customer had a very tight delivery deadline and we managed to provide this equipment in about 6 weeks!
