ETL Systems is located next to BT's impressive satellite teleport at Madley, 5 miles from Hereford. This rural area is perfect for satellite communications as it is protected by the bordering hills. The purpose built ETL facility is surrounded by cider apple orchards and has great links to Gloucester, Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, and Worcester.

Herefordshire is an area of outstanding natural beauty, with the Forest of Dean to the south, Malvern hills to the east, Shropshire hills to the north and Brecon Beacons to the west.

Culture and History

For the culturally captivated; Hereford Cathedral contains some of the finest examples of art and architecture from Norman times to the present day, including the famous Mappa Mundi, the medieval Chained Library and the Hereford Magna Carta.
Hereford High Town includes a 17th century timber framed black and white house museum and a range of quaint black and white villages sit in the surrounding areas.
Heritage sites close to the county include manor houses and castles.
Herefordshire is famous for its cider, and the Cider Museum is a great way to discover its history and the traditions of how it was made, right through to the modern day.

Whatever your age or ability, Herefordshire is the perfect county to indulge in your passion for the great outdoors.
Activities include canoeing on the River Wye, rock climbing, quad bike trekking, walking trails, go karting, paint balling, the butterfly zoo and hedge puzzle at Symonds Yat as well as a range of farm parks to keep small children entertained.

Hereford’s shopping facilities include High Town and the Old Market shopping complex, which features a number of independent retail shops as well as well known retail chains, restaurants and bars. High Town also features an outdoor market selling local produce, gifts and a variety of local wares.

The city benefits from an 8 screen cinema, the Courtyard Theatre, bowling alley, leisure centres, spas and private gyms.
Sporting fans can indulge in football at Hereford FC's football ground in the city centre, or can take part in a team at cricket and golf clubs, amongst many others across the county.
Hereford Racecourse host a range of events during the season from Ladies Day to Family Fun Racedays.
Annual beer, cider and food festivals are also held throughout the county.

Herefordshire is only an hour and a half away from big cities such as Birmingham, Cardiff and Bristol and is easily accessible via train.
