IAN HILDITCH Managing Director / CEO With an MA in Engineering, Economics, and Management from Oxford University, Ian joined ETL as Managing Director and CEO in June 2003, after arranging a management buy-in. As a serial entrepreneur, he has a wide range of experience of running and growing companies, with particular focus on the business development and finance. Prior to ETL, Ian ran an engineering business involved in air pollution control, which he sold in late 2001. He became Vice President and Senior Director at Continental Illinois Bank before moving into entrepreneurial pursuits.

DR ESEN BAYAR Technical Director / CTO Esen brings 25 years experience in satellite communication systems and hardware design & development, and joined ETL as Chief Technical Officer in June 2003. He is proactively engaged in developing ETL's operational procedures and technologies which have played a pivotal role in transforming ETL to a global leader in RF engineering and custom build. Prior to ETL, Esen took on engineering and engineering management roles working for Marconi Space & Defence Systems (now known as Astrium), Com Dev and Radiant Broadband Wireless Systems. Esen was awarded a PhD following his study at Kings' College, University of London. He has a number of technical publications in the fields of RF & microwave design as well as satellite & broadband wireless communications, including a number of patents in these fields. |

RALPH KANTER Non-Executive Director Ralph joined the Board of ETL in 2010, after a long career growing a variety of companies. Ralph has wide ranging experience in most commercial aspects of business. He either founded or developed TRACKER Network plc, Hunterprint Group plc, Britannia Security Group plc, Alpine Holdings plc and, The Thomas Cook Group. |

ANDREW BOND Regional Sales Director Andrew's speciality is in sales and marketing of technical solution products, and he joined the ETL team in June 2005 to support its expansion into new international markets. Before this he was Sales and Marketing Manager for a leading Smart Home Technology company, part of the Siemens group, and builds on a career in new business & project management. Andrew has an MBA from Edinburgh University, having previously spent 8 years in the UK armed forces. |

JONATHAN MORRISH Chief Engineer Jonathan has been with ETL for over 9 years, and leads the dynamic engineering team as the Chief Engineer using experience gained during nearly 30 years in the industry with companies such as Racal to more locally based electronics companies with global markets. Jonathan has a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales and has long been responsible for leading multi-skilled development teams including electrical, electronic, microwave, mechanical and software engineering.

DAVID KERNOT Operations Manager David joined in Jan 2007 to manage ETL's growth and to lead its operational activites, ranging from procurement to dispatch. David brings 25 years industry experience and has been Operations Director and General Manager of several electronic manufacturing companies. His education includes an MBA from Middlesex University, and a degree in Maths and Physics from Liverpool University |

MO ARBABI Production Manager Mo joined ETL in July 2010 bringing over 25 years of experience in Engineering and Electronics Manufacturing obtained through a very successful career in manufacturing, since his graduation with a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Mo's first employment with IBM as a graduate 25 years ago led on to several key roles within Dowty Information Systems; and then spanning to commercial and operational roles with key responsibilities and accountabilities across all aspects of the manufacturing business for several years in Panasonic. His expertise and experience of Lean Manufacturing, Just In Time, Six Sigma, Process Design and Quality Management; has contributed to increased production output, improved product quality, customer satisfaction, and the growing success of the business of his previous employers. Mo's focus is on creating an exceptionally customer focused, motivated and innovative production team equipped with the most unique manufacturing techniques, processes, and the knowledge and skills to meet the needs and expectations of ETL customers. |

PAUL STEPHENS Finance Director Paul joined ETL in 2011 following a long career at Roland (UK) Limited (Finance Director) and a successful period consulting with a number of companies in a variety of industry segments including Advertising, Retail, FMCG, Distribution and Manufacturing. He has a BSc in Economics and Accounts and is a Chartered Accountant.
